Crl.M.C.5898/2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are related to each other. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue, which led to registration of FIR no. 393/2013 under Sections 324/354-354-B/34 IPC at police station Jyoti Nagar, on the complaint of respondent no. 2. With the intervention of common friends and family members, petitioner and

respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, vide MOU dated 16th November, 2018; therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed.

It is informed that cross FIR No.390/2013 under Sections 324/341/379/34 IPC of police station Jyoti Nagar has already been quashed by a separate order of even date passed in Crl.M.C. 5892/2018. Respondent no.2 Ms.Kavita is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Ashwani of police station Jyoti Nagar. He submits that she has settled the matter of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and has no objection in case aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
