Crl.M.C.5892/2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are related to each other. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue, which led to registration of FIR No. 390/2013 under Sections 324/341/379/34 IPC at police station Jyoti Nagar, on the complaint of respondent no. 2. With the

intervention of common friends and family members, petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, vide MOU dated 16th November, 2018; therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 Mr.Ashok Kumar Verma is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Ashwani of police station Jyoti Nagar. He submits that he has settled the matter of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and has no objection in case aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
