% 03.12.2018 Vide order of 24'^ September, 2018 respondent was directed to decide petitioner's Representation.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for GNCTD has handed over a copy of Communication of 27'^ November, 2018, which is taken on record. According to it, complainant's version is found to be more authentic. Petitioner is an accused in FIR case in question. Be that as it may. Since compliance of order of 24^*^ November, 2018 has been made in substance, therefore, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
