% 22.11.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that injured has already been discharged from the hospital.
Injuries received by the injured have been opined as simple. Petitioner is in custody for more than three months. Petitioner has no past criminal record.
Learned APP has opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
