Learned counsels for the parties submit that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 06.12.2019. It is further submitted that the first motion has already been granted. The Settlement Agreement is taken on record.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to revive the same in case of default of any terms of the settlement.

Leave and liberty granted. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
