% 26.04.2018 By the present petition, the petitioner had sought transfer of investigation to a senior police officer.

Status report has been filed. As per the status report the investigation was transferred to another Investigating Officer who after the completion of investigation has filed the charge sheet.

On the last date of hearing when the status report was on record, learned proxy counsel for the petitioner sought an adjournment as the arguing counsel was not available. Today again the arguing counsel is not available. In view of the fact that after transfer of investigation to another Investigating Officer the charge sheet has been filed, no further orders are required to be passed in the petition.

Petition is dismissed.
