% 18.04.2018 The disclosure statement of the proposed Arbitrator is not on record. The learned counsel for the petitioner hands over a copy of the same during the course of hearing.

Having perused the same, I find no impediment in confirming the appointment of the proposed Arbitrator.

Accordingly, I appoint Mr.Narinder Paul Kaushik, Retired Additional District Judge, Delhi, R/o 207, Judges Residential Complex, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi-110032, Mobile-9910384663 as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Partnership Agreement dated 15th May, 1974 read with Supplementary Deed(s) dated 31st March, 1992, 01st October, 1995 and 01st November, 2014. The petition is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
