% 04.05.2018 RP 188/2018 Review of order of 5th December, 2017 is sought by petitioner and along with this review petition, the application seeking condonation of delay of 115 days has been filed. Vide order of 5th December, 2017, the writ petition was withdrawn by petitioner. Review of the aforesaid order is sought to seek hearing of the writ petition on merits. But no reason is given in the review petition as to why the writ petition was withdrawn on 5th December, 2017. No case for condoning the delay or reviewing the order of 5th December, 2017 is made out.

The review petition and the application are accordingly dismissed.
