% 16.10.2017 As per affidavit of service, respondent No.3 is only served. However, respondent No.1 Mr.Alok Agarwal has appeared in person. He also states that he is a Director of respondent No.2 and 4. Hence, the respondents are served.

This court on 18.09.2017 has passed an interim order in respect of the property bearing Plot No.250 Ground Floor, Niti Khand-I, Residential Colony, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P.201001 mortgaged to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that steps are being taken to appoint the Sole Arbitrator/invoke the arbitration clause within three weeks from today.

Subject to the petitioner taking steps within three weeks, the interim orders of this court dated 18.09.2017 stand confirmed till the pendency of the arbitration proceedings. Liberty is granted to the respondents to move

the learned arbitrator for modification, vacation or variation of the above interim order, as per law.

At this stage, Mr.Alok Agarwal/R-1 states that he has made several attempts to sort out the matter with the petitioner. Let Mr.Alok Agarwal/R-1 meet the concerned officer in the Regional Office of the petitioner on 02.11.2017 at 03:00 PM. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall inform Mr.Alok Agarwal/R-1 the name of the concerned officer who he should meet. The concerned officer shall try to sort out the disputes between the parties.

Petition stands disposed of.
