CRL.M.C. 3996/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner wants to join the proceedings before the Trial Court and for this purpose he may be given necessary protection to enable him to appear before the Trial Court and join the proceedings.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on 12th October, 2017

and in the event of his arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO, till the next date of hearing. The petitioner is directed to move bail application before the concerned Trial Court which shall be disposed of by the Court below in accordance with law.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be given dasti to the parties, as prayed. I.S.MEHTA, J SEPTEMBER 25, 2017 'dc'
