Subject to the petitioner taking steps within three weeks as above, the interim order passed by this court on 18.09.2017 is confirmed till pendency of the arbitration proceedings. The respondents are given liberty to approach the learned arbitrator if so desired for modification, vacation or variation of the interim order as per law.
