The learned counsel for the petitioner says that steps for invocation/appointment of the learned arbitrator shall be taken within three weeks from today. Subject to the petitioner taking steps within three weeks as above, the interim order passed by this court on 18.09.2017 is confirmed till pendency of the arbitration proceedings. The respondents are given liberty to approach the learned arbitrator if so desired for modification, vacation or variation of the interim order as per law. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents states that there is a default of only two premiums and they would like to settle the matter with the petitioner. Let the respondents meet the concerned officer of the petitioner in the Regional Office on 02.11.2017 at 11 AM. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall inform the learned counsel for the respondents the name of the concerned officer. The officer of petitioner shall attempt to

resolve the issue.

Petition stands disposed of.
