% 07.11.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has been settled with the respondent no. 2, inasmuch as settled amount also stands paid; therefore, FIR No.912/2015 under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act (Amend.), 2003 registered at Police Station Mehrauli and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, may be quashed. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 says that she has instructions from the respondent no. 2 to convey the Court that matter has been settled with the petitioner and settled amount has also been received by the respondent no. 2, therefore, respondent no. 2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.912/2015 under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act (Amend.), 2003 registered at Police Station Mehrauli and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
