A report has been received from Delhi Medical Council dated 17.12.2018, which inter-alia, has opined that in certain cases the platelet count can raise to normal levels three to five days after the lowest count, even without platelet transfusions.

In view of the above report, no further action is required in the petition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
