Pursuant to order dated 12.04.2018, Dr. Rishi Dhanda is present in Court. He has produced in Court the lab report, which is taken on record. Dr. Rishi Dhanda has explained the treatment administered to Mr. Vijay Khanna. He further submits that, as per him, the earlier treatment provided to Mr. Vijay Khanna was complete. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that post the last visit on 15.03.2018, the implant has loosened on account of the fact that the petitioner is suffering from diabetes and an appropriate application has been moved before the Trial Court seeking permission for further visits.

In view of the explanation given by Dr. Rishi Dhanda that the visits were necessary for the purposes of treatment accorded, Dr. Rishi Dhanda is, accordingly, discharged.

In view of the above, no further orders called for in the present petition.
