% 22.11.2018 Surgery of petitioner's wife for 'Complex Ovarian Cyst' is scheduled to take place on 27th November, 2018. Petitioner was earlier granted interim bail, vide order dated 29th October, 2018. Surgery could not take place at that time due to some medical complications.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, interim bail of two weeks is granted to the petitioner from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the

satisfaction of the trial court. Petitioner shall provide his contact number to the Station House Officer of police station Prashant Vihar. Petitioner shall also report to the Station House Officer of police station Prashant Vihar at 10 am once a week. It is made clear that in case surgery does not take place on 27th November, 2018, petitioner shall immediately surrender before the Superintendent Jail on 28th November, 2018.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
