O R D E R

% 19.12.2017 Respondent no.2 has alleged in the FIR that he had purchased a plot of 32 square yards in Harsh Vihar from the respondent no.5 on 18th January, 1999. On 10th February, 2002 when he visited his said plot he found that petitioner nos. 1 to 3 had occupied the plot. These petitioners claimed the ownership of the plot on the basis of some forged documents. It is submitted that respondent no.2 and petitioners have amicably settled their disputes vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 18th August, 2017, therefore, FIR No. 129/2002 448/420/467/462/471/120B/506 IPC registered at police station Nand Nagri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI

Ombir Singh of police station Nand Nagri. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He further submits that petitioners have handed over him possession of the aforesaid plot, therefore he has no grievance left against the petitioners. He has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case as detailed above, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed in view of the settlement.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
