After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the directions are issued to the trial court to conclude the cross-examination of the prosecutrix on day-to-day basis, he shall not press his application, at this stage, reserving his right to file a fresh application before the trial court after her crossexamination is over. He submits that the next date before the trial court for cross-examination of the prosecutrix is 23.04.2019. 2.
He further submits that he only requires two dates for concluding the cross-examination of the prosecutrix. 3.
Without commenting on the merits of the case and keeping in view of the facts and circumstances, trial court is directed to expedite the recording / cross-examination of the prosecutrix and endeavour to conclude the same by 10.05.2019.

In view of the above directions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the trial court afresh for bail after the testimony of the prosecutrix is concluded.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions and reserving the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
