% 19.03.2019 Seeing the photographs filed by the respondent / North Delhi Municipal Corporation, learned counsel for the petitioner states, that same shall satisfy the petitioner. According to him, in the eventuality, any fresh construction is made, liberty be granted to the petitioner to approach this Court.

It goes without saying, if any construction is made unauthorizedly, petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in accordance with law.
