By way of this application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.207/2017 under Section 323/451/506/509/452/354/34 IPC registered at PS Kapashera. 2.

Status report has been filed by the State as per which the petitioner has joined investigation and not required for custodial interrogation. 3.

In view of the above, petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest he shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO.

Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
