Petitioner seeks various reliefs including restoration of medical allowance withheld on account of his absence. He says that he sustained injuries during the training. According to the petitioner his salary and allowances for the period 31.03.2014 to 10.11.2014, risk allowance and other allowances towards meal, washing etc. have been withheld. His further complaint is that his earned leave account has been virtually depleted since his absence has been adjusted against it.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted on instructions that the petitioner's claim for family accommodation allowance can be considered. He however submitted with respect to leave etc. in case the petitioner represents to the CRPF, the same shall be disposed of with speaking orders within six weeks from today.
