By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the following grounds:- (i) To complete the construction/repair work of his under construction house and to accommodate his family therein;

(ii) To search a suitable match for himself; and (iii) To re-establish social ties with society and family members. 2.

Notice. Mr.Sanjay Lao, learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of State 3.

Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been placed on record as per which the Petitioner has availed three weeks furlough w.e.f. 20th February, 2017 to 13th March, 2017 and two weeks furlough w.e.f. 9th June, 2017 to 23rd June, 2017.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

7.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
