O R D E R
% 21.02.2018 By this petition the petitioner challenges the communication dated 25th April, 2017 rejecting his application for parole sought on the grounds of maintaining social ties and relations for the reason that two weeks furlough granted by DG(P) is still to be availed by him. A perusal of the Nominal Roll reveals that after the order of rejection dated 25th April, 2017, the petitioner has availed of the furlough for a period of three weeks w.e.f. 1st August, 2017 to 23rd August, 2017. Thus, this Court finds no ground to interfere in the order impugned. Needless to state that the petitioner would be at liberty to apply for parole or furlough again, if so advised and if entitled to it.
W.P.(CRL) 2761/2017
Petition is dismissed.
A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
