The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act') seeking interim measures of protection.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted. In this view, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Arbitral Tribunal by filing an appropriate application under Section 17 of the Act. 3.
