% 02.02.2018 In compliance with the order dated 2nd January, 2018, the proposed Arbitrator has filed his disclosure in terms of Section 11(8) of the Arbitrator and Conciliation Act, 1996. Having perused the said disclosure, I see no impediment in conforming his appointment.

I accordingly, appoint Mr.Bharat Bhushan, Retired ADJ, Delhi, R/o G-2, Sagar Apartment, 6, Tilak Marg, New Delhi-110001 as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the franchise agreement dated 1st May, 2010. The petition is allowed in the above terms.
