W.P.(C) 8458/2017 There are 12 petitioners before this Court. They all belong to the teaching faculty of respondent no.4 school i.e. the Arya Kanya Pathshala; this school is located at 1, Doctor's Lane, First Floor, Gole Market, New Delhi. Proceedings under Section 14(1)(k) of the Delhi Rent Control Act have been initiated by respondent no.3 who was the
landlord of the said premises. This property had been leased out to the respondent school. On 22.01.2000 the learned Additional Rent Controller allowed the petition and gave a notice under Section 14(11) of the said Act to concerned parties to regularize the breaches if any committed by the respondent school. This notice under Section 14(11) of the said Act was disposed of on 29.5.2004. An eviction order followed on 03.5.2017. Against this eviction order the respondent school has preferred an appeal (lies before the learned District Judge/RCT) and the next date fixed before the learned District Jude is 22.9.2017 i.e. today.
The prayers made in the present petition have been perused. This Court is of the view that the prayers sought for in the present petition cannot be answered. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioners to approach the Court of learned District Judge/RCT and if need be to get themselves impleaded to get their grievances addressed. On an aforenoted application being filed before the learned District Judge/RCT the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
Petition disposed of in the above terms.
