% 19.09.2017 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioner-husband seeking production of his wife and two minor children. Various allegations have been made in the petition. On an advance copy having been served on the State, Ms.Mitali Jain is present in Court. She submits that she has left her matrimonial home out of her own free will and on account of harassment meted out to her at the hands of her husband and his family members. She submits that she is also not residing with her parents on account of mental pressure being put on her to join the matrimonial home. She also submits that she is looking for a job and as and when she gets a job, she will inform the IO concerned about her address latest by the first week of October, 2017 and she does not wish to disclose her address for the present, fearing harassment at the hands of the petitioner and his family.
In view of the stand taken by Ms.Mitali Jain, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition. He submits that he would seek an appropriate remedy as available in accordance with law. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
Copy of the order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as prayed.
