We are glad to note that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and have, therefore, agreed that the following petitions which are pending inter se the parties will be withdrawn. "1. W.P.(C) No.9848/2017 titled Gayatri Dahiya vs. Union of India & Ors.

2. CS No.530/2019 titled as Sriparna Tikekar vs. Gayatri The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Further, it has been agreed between the parties that a joint petition for quashing in respect of CC No.14711/2018 pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Patiala House Court will also be filed and three agreements will be entered into between the petitioner and respondent nos. 3, 4 and 6 respectively.

Learned counsel for the parties, therefore, pray that the writ petition be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement. 4.

Once the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, we dispose of the petition, alongwith the accompanying application, by binding the parties to their aforesaid stand.

Since the petition is being disposed of on the basis of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, we direct the parties to maintain strict confidentiality in respect of the terms of settlement as also the three agreements to be entered into between the petitioner and respondent nos. 3,4 and 6 respectively. Consequently, neither the petitioner nor any of the respondents will disclose their names or details of any of the aspects, which form subject matter of the petition to any third party or any public forum in any form whatsoever, including the social media. 6.

This will, however, not come in the way of the parties disclosing the necessary particulars while moving applications for withdrawal of the proceeding noted in Para 2 hereinabove or while filing quashing petition in respect of CC No.14711/2018, which applications/petition, as agreed, will be moved within 08 weeks.

Needless to state that in case any of the parties fails to abide by the terms of this order, it will be open for the aggrieved party to move an application seeking revival of the writ petition as per law.
