W.P.ICRLl 3571/2018 & W.P. rCRL.l 3576/2018 This petition seeks quashing of FIR. The Court would note that the FIR is registered under sections 307/34 IPC & 27/54/59 Arms Act. Gun shots were allegedly fired by petitioner. It is a serious matter which has severe consequences towards law and order and also creates a sense of fear in society.
