The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for issuance of a writ of certiorari, for quashing the order dated 19th March, 2015, discharging him from the training that he was undergoing for the post of a Constable, with immediate effect. 2.
Counter affidavit has not been filed by the respondents so far. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the same has been filed in the Registry very recently and an advance copy has been furnished to the opposite side.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the W.P.(C) 9212/2015
petitioner had submitted a substantive representation dated 20th April, 2015 against the order dated 19th March, 2015 passed by the Chief Security Commissioner, Railway Protection Force, Mumbai but the same has not been considered by the competent authority till date.

It is deemed appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's pending representation dated 20th April, 2015 within eight weeks and pass a speaking order thereon, under written intimation to him. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision that may be taken by the respondents, he shall be entitled to seek his remedies, as may be available in law.
