By way of this application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner is praying for anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0449/2017, registered at PS Keshav Puram, under Sections 323/341/379/195A/506/34 IPC.

The petitioner is present in person along with her counsel. 3.

Complainant, who is an advocate, is also present along with his counsel.

Status report on behalf of the State has been filed as per which petitioner has joined the investigation.

It is submitted by learned APP for the State that custodial BAIL APPLN. 1893/2017

interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 6.

In the facts and circumstances, petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of her arrest she shall be released on bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO concerned. 7.

The petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the I.O./SHO concerned.

Since the petitioner and the complainant, who is an advocate, are neighbours with a history of litigation as well some settlement which later on not implemented, the petitioner is directed not to contact the complainant or exercise any kind of influence for settlement. 9.

The application stands disposed of.
