% 20.09.2017 Petitioner alleges violation of the order/proceedings of 07.07.2017, which is as under:- "It is stated that the matter is settled between the parties vide MOU dated 30th May, 2017 and that parties agree to act in accordance to the terms of the said memorandum. Counsel for the petitioner hence seeks to withdraw the petition. In view of the above submissions made, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending applications are also disposed of as infructuous."

On a bare perusal of the abovesaid proceedings, it can be seen that it only records an agreement between the parties. These do not record for any undertaking having been given by either party and accepted to by the Court. Even no order or direction of the Court can be implied therefrom.

Rejected.
