O R D E R

% 01.02.2019 Crl.M.A. No.2075/2019 With the consent of the parties present in person, the following order is rendered.

We have interacted with the minor son of the parties, namely, Master Aayan, aged 9 years who has expressed his desire to stay with the father today and the parties undertake to assent to the same. The father further undertakes to return the custody of Master Aayan to the petitioner at 4:00 pm tomorrow i.e. 02.02.2019 at Kamal Restaurant, Madhu Vihar, New Delhi.

The parties further agree that the father shall have visitation rights qua Master Aayan between 10:00 am on every Saturday till 11:00 am of every Sunday till the next date of hearing.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the father undertakes upon instructions that Master Aayan will be returned to the custody of the petitioner at 11:00 am of every Sunday at the venue mentioned hereinabove. In view of the foregoing, the petitioner is directed to ensure that Master

Aayan attends school regularly and the father is directed to ensure that the School fee of Master Aayan is paid, without demur.

The undertaking given on behalf of the parties is hereby accepted, leaving the parties to abide strictly with the directions in relation to visitation, as elaborated hereinabove.
