Petitioner seeks Regular Bail in FIR No.376/2013 under Sections 363/366/376/506 IPC and Sections 4/6 of POSCO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been incarcerated since 16.09.2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied and in case a direction is issued to the Trial Court to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses since the main public witnesses as well as the prosecutrix have already been examined. BAIL APPLN. 1943/2017

Keeping in view the above request, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the evidence of the prosecution witnesses and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of five months from today.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this application and prays for leave to withdraw the same. 5.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid directions.
