W.P.(CRL) 3572/2018 It is the petitioner's case that the anticipatory bail of the accused was dismissed in view of the observations made in the order dated 29.08.2018 in Bail Appln. No 904/2018. Investigation has not been carried out in right earnest, in particular, apropos the alleged forged signatures on behalf of the deceased-mother Ms. Krishna Kumari.

This petition shall be treated as the petitioner's representation by the DCP of the area concerned who shall look into the matter and

pass directions, as he may deem appropriate. The petitioner shall be informed of the DCP's action/orders within three weeks from today. The petition is disposed off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given to the petitioner, under the signature of the Court Master.
