After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed inasmuch as trial court by the impugned judgment has only asked the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to proceed in accordance with law and therefore once the MCD proceeds in accordance with law, then, the rights of the appellant would not be affected. 2.

I may note that counsel for the appellant states that appellant has already filed an appeal before the MCD Tribunal with respect to subject RFA No.925/2017

construction and the MCD Tribunal will decide the appeal in accordance with law as this Court has made no observations one way or the other on merits of the matter.
