After some arguments, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of the appellate remedies under Rule 22(3)(4) of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009 as amended. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The pending application also stands disposed of.

In order to avail of the appellate remedies, the impugned order will

not be implemented for a period of one week from today. 6.
