The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the arbitration proceedings have commenced. In view of the same, the interim order(s) dated 20.09.2017 shall continue during the arbitration proceedings giving liberty to the respondents to seek modification, variation or vacation thereof before the Arbitrator so appointed.
