CRL.L.P. 149/2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks leave to appeal against the acquittal of respondents No.2 and 3 for the offence punishable under Section 506 IPC and Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003. The respondents No.2 and 3 have already been convicted for offence punishable under Sections 323/342/34 IPC and were released on probation. CRL.L.P. 149/2018

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction from Mr.Adib Khan, Senior Legal Manager, TPDDL, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
