% 17.01.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/Institute is covered under the 663 cases in respect whereof inspections are being carried out pursuant to the order dated 14.11.2017 passed by the Division Bench in LPA No.515/2017. He, therefore, submits that in view of the aforesaid action being taken by the respondents to undertake inspection of the petitioner/institute, his prayer in the writ petition stands satisfied. The writ petition along with pending application, is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
