Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has invoked the Arbitration Agreement between the parties. In view thereof, the Interim Order dated 25th September, 2017 shall continue for a further period of 30 days from today within which time, the petitioner must take steps to have the Arbitral Tribunal duly constituted. Incase no such steps are taken, the Interim Order shall stand vacated automatically. It would be open to the respondents to seek modification/vacation/variation of the Interim Order before the Arbitral Tribunal, if so constituted within the above-mentioned time. The Arbitral Tribunal shall consider such application, if made, without being influenced by any observation made by this Court.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions with no order as to costs.
