% 05.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the present, the petitioners are unable to pay any further amount to the respondent nos.2 & 3 and, therefore, prays that he may be granted leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court again, in case, the financial condition of the petitioners improves subsequently and they are able to pay reasonable compensation to the respondent nos.2 & 3.

Leave as prayed for is granted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
