O R D E R

% 14.03.2016 The present bail application has been listed in view of a communication dated 9th December, 2015 received from the Special Judge NDPS, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi requesting for extension of time for final disposal of Session Case bearing no. SC/19(I)/12 in terms of the order dated 11th September, 2015 passed by this Court in the present bail application whereby the former was directed to conclude the trial and render a decision preferably within a period of three months from 11th September, 2015.

After hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perusing the letter dated 9th December, 2015 and in view of the circumstance that the applicant has been enlarged on interim bail by the Special Judge NDPS, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, it is considered appropriate to accede to the request made by the latter and extend the time within which the decision in the aforestated Session Case may be rendered. Consequently, the Special Judge NDPS, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi is hereby granted further time to conclude the trial and render a decision in the Sessions Case bearing no. SC/19(I)/12 preferably within a period of two months

from today.

Copy of this order be sent to Special Judge NDPS, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi for information and compliance.
