% 08.12.2017 Counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 11.8.2017 issued by respondent no.2 (QCI) wherein his application seeking accreditation had been rejected.

At this stage, learned counsels for the parties point out that the Hon'ble Division Bench was seized of this issue and vide order dated 14.11.2017 passed in LPA No.515/2017, statement of respondent no.1 (DGT) was taken on record wherein it was informed to the Division Bench that a Committee had been formed by the DGT and the 663 pending applications of institutes were being considered.

Submission being that in case the application of the petitioner institute (No.A16003345) does not figure in the aforenoted 663 applications, the same nevertheless shall be answered. Order accordingly. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
