% 07.02.2018 W.P.(C) 9314/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of petitioner/Institute is covered under the 663 cases in respect whereof inspections are being carried out pursuant to the order dated 14.11.2017 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.515/2017. He, therefore, submits that in view of the aforesaid action being taken by the respondents to undertake inspection of the petitioner/institute, his prayer in the writ petition stands satisfied.
