% 24.01.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that after the filing of the present petition, the respondents have on 03.01.2018 issued a letter to the petitioner asking him to remove some more deficiencies and as and when those deficiencies are removed by the petitioner, his application will be processed as per his seniority maintained by the respondents.
Learned counsel for the respondents also undertakes to supply a copy of the aforesaid letter dated 03.01.2018 to the learned counsel for the petitioner within one week, who may respond to the said letter expeditiously.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition.
