% 18.01.2018 Crl.M.A. 1048/2018 By this application the petitioner states that the petitioner is being blackmailed and thus the mobile phones of the prosecutrix and her husband be seized.

In the present FIR the investigation is in case FIR No. 343/2017 and in case the petitioner has any grievance he would be at liberty to take remedies in accordance with law.

Application is dismissed.

BAIL APPLN. 1907/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the bail application.
