% 22.09.2017 Petitioner no.1 (husband) and respondent no.2 (wife) are present in Court and have been identified by SI Puneet Grewal of police station Shahbad Dairy. Present FIR was registered on the complaint of respondent no.2 against the petitioner no.1 and his relatives, that is, petitioner nos. 2 to

5. Petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 submit that they have started living together after settling their disputes before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi. Mediation report has been annexed as Annexure A-2.

Keeping in view that husband and wife have ironed out their differences and have started living together for the last about 2 years, in my

view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 328/2012 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Shahbad Dairy and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
