% 14.12.2017 Learned counsel for the respondents states that the refund order dated 13th September, 2017 has been issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he was not aware of the refund order till the present petition was filed. Further the refund payment was received subsequent to filing of the present writ petition. The grievance of the petitioner on account of non-payment of interest still survives. Respondent authority would pass a speaking order on the question of interest within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner would be heard before passing of the said order. For this purpose, petitioner/authorized representative will appear before the designated officer on 21st December, 2017 at 2:00 pm. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed, he would be entitled to challenge the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Dasti.
