Learned counsel for revisionist seeks permission to withdraw this petition since there having been no stay, the trial proceedings continued and now stand concluded. It is informed by both sides that the trial is now listed for final arguments. That being so, learned counsel for revisionist submits that he would address final arguments before the trial court instead of pressing the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition as well as the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that neither side has addressed on merits of this petition and the petition is being withdrawn only because the trial has concluded.
